September 14, 2022
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Congratulations. You just got your first job. This session will provide you with professional skill sets that will help you survive and thrive in the workplace. You’ll learn what to say and not to say to your boss, how to get along with your new co-workers, what to do if you make a mistake, how to generate a professional email, and so much more.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS BOOTCAMP

This session is part of the Business Bootcamp for High School Students, a free, virtual program offered by NYIT School of Management to help prepare high school students for the business school experience. These college-level workshops, taught by our expert faculty, offer students critical training they can add to their résumés and incorporate into both their academic and professional lives, as they seek entry to college and the business world.

Students who attend at least one workshop will be eligible to win cash prizes by entering an essay writing contest. Students who complete all six bootcamp sessions will receive a certificate of completion from NYIT School of Management.
