Thanksgiving Cooking Demonstration and Lunch Buffet

Learn how to carve your Thanksgiving turkey and more at our cooking demonstration and lunch buffet at Riland Cafe!

Demonstrations by our Events Coordinator Stacy Allen and Executive Chef Steve Koutsoumbaris:

  • How to carve a Turkey
  • How to make Cranberry Sauce
  • How to make Stuffing


The demonstration runs from 12 – 1 p.m., and the buffet runs from 12 – 2 p.m.

Lunch Menu:

  • Turkey and gravy
  • Glazed spiral ham
  • Maple roasted sweet potato
  • Roasted brussel sprouts
  • Rosemary focaccia stuffing
  • Apple cranberry cobbler
  • Warm apple cider
  • Fall green salad—mixed Greens, apple, walnut, cranberry cider vinaigrette
