Resume Writing Workshop

Join us for this workshop, which will highlight some of the main features of a North American-style resume. In this workshop you will:

• Learn about the main features of the North American-style resume.
• Find out about the common sections of a resume and what information to include.
• Gain an understanding of the relevant experiences you already have and what others you might want to add while at NYIT-Vancouver.
• Learn the basics of cover letter format.

• 701 West Georgia Street, Computer Lab, room 1736

As this workshop will take place in the Computer Lab, you are welcome to use the computers in the Lab or bring your own laptop. We will share a resume template and cover letter template.
