NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine Shadow Day

NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYITCOM) Shadow Day gives pre-medical students the opportunity to experience a day in the life of an osteopathic medical student.

This is a free event. Space is limited. Join us for a day and get an inside look at what life is like as an NYITCOM osteopathic medical student. Check-in starts at 8:30 a.m.

NYITCOM Shadow Day includes:

• Meet with current NYITCOM medical students, faculty, and admissions
  
• Attend medical school lectures given by well-known clinical and research faculty
  
• Observe Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) and Doctor Patient Relationship (DPR) labs
  
• Learn about the various curriculum tracks offered
  
• Enjoy lunch with your medical student ambassador
  
• Speak with admissions about the application process
