Leadership and Teambuilding Skill Sets for the Manager of a Multi-Cultural Workforce for High School Students

In our diverse, multicultural workplace, it is essential to be able to work collaboratively with others from different cultural backgrounds. This workshop will provide you with the tools you’ll need to become both leaders and team players, with a particular focus on learning how to become culturally aware.
ABOUT THE BUSINESS BOOTCAMP
This session is part of the Business Bootcamp for High School Students, a free, virtual program offered by NYIT School of Management to help prepare high school students for the business school experience. These college-level workshops, taught by our expert faculty, offer students critical training they can add to their résumés and incorporate into both their academic and professional lives, as they seek entry to college and the business world.
Students who attend at least one workshop will be eligible to win cash prizes by entering an essay writing contest. Students who complete all six bootcamp sessions will receive a certificate of completion from NYIT School of Management.
