January 26, 2023
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Computer networks are everywhere and span across every industry, city and continent. Career opportunities for knowledgeable and skilled network engineers and administrators are plentiful and fruitful, but you have to start somewhere. Cisco Packet Tracer allows you to design fully functional Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) in a fully virtual environment and is a steppingstone to a Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) certificate and a career as a Network Administrator, Network Architect or a Network Engineer.

The iNTEREST Lecture Series is hosted by the Entrepreneurship & Technology Innovation Center (ETIC) at the College of Engineering and Computing Sciences. It is designed to introduce attendees to a variety of high-demand technologies associated with dedicated career paths. All sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the ETIC YouTube channel.
