Speaker: Bill Zucker, Sr. VP, Head of Mobile Networks Baseband and System on Chip (BB&SoC) Development Unit at Nokia

Bill Zucker leads a global R&D team that is responsible for developing all the baseband hardware products with the associated platform and transport software for Nokia's Wireless portfolio. In addition, Bill's unit is responsible for the development of all the SoCs used in both the baseband and RF platform products in Nokia's Wireless portfolio. In this talk, Bill will leverage his extensive product and project management experience coupled with his organizational development experience to give tips on how to build global teams that can successfully develop complex hardware/software systems.
