Basic Grant Writing

A Workshop for Grant Seekers

This all-day grant writing workshop is being taught by the professional grant writers of the Grant Training Center. The workshop will be helpful to both novice and experienced grant writers.

The morning sessions will focus on the general principles of great grant applications. The afternoon sessions will focus specifically on National Science Foundation (NSF) grants. The day ends with a mock “study section” reviewing several grant proposals, so that you appreciate what they are looking for when they rate a proposal.

Please bring a laptop or tablet; the workshop is very interactive and you will be writing.
