News Byte: New York Tech Night with the New York Rangers

On February 27, 94 New York Tech alumni, students, faculty, staff, friends, and family gathered at Madison Square Garden to watch the New York Rangers take on the Vancouver Canucks. This was one of the first such in-person events since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Each ticketholder received an exclusive New York Tech co-branded Rangers cap. From every ticket sold, $10 was donated to the New York Tech Annual Fund, which supports student programs and scholarships, world-class faculty research, academic programs, facility and technology improvements, and the overall quality of student life on campus.

The next co-branded event will be on Sunday, March 20, 2022, when the New York Knicks host the Utah Jazz. Again, each New York Tech ticketholder will receive a New York Knicks and New York Tech co-branded cap, and $10 from each ticket purchased will be donated to the Annual Fund.
