Celebrate Women’s History Month
March is Women’s History Month. The Box rounds up some of the stories highlighting women doing great things. Read the stories below, many of which feature the incredible women of New York Institute of Technology, and explore our profiles to see how women are leading the way and inspiring the next generation.
There are many ways to participate in Women’s History Month, both on and off campus, including by joining our Women’s Technology Council, whose goal is to empower and inspire women within the New York Tech community and beyond. Visit the New York Tech events calendar to find more discussions and gatherings (events will be updated throughout the month—and don’t forget to submit one of your own) or support other initiatives led by women around the world.
