Monika Rohde serves as senior associate dean for the Office of Undergraduate Student Success and Advising.

In her nearly 20 years at New York Tech, she has successfully developed the Office of Undergraduate Student Success and Advising (formerly Advising and Enrichment Center) into a significant and well-known resource on campus, expanding its services to include proactive outreach and advising support to undergraduate students, enrichment services that provide academic support and tutoring to students throughout their college careers, and student success initiatives that have had positive impacts not only on the student experience but also on retention and graduation rates.

She serves as a senator on the university's Academic Senate, is the co-chair of the Admissions & Academic Standards Committee, and serves as a member of various committees, always representing the students' best interests and advocating on their behalf.
