Jeanne Strausman has worked in the field of Library Science for over 30 years. She began her career in the public library and then became interested in working in medical librarianship. Strausman, who has worked in hospital and academic settings, notes that she enjoys connecting users with knowledge and technology, which has come a long way since she graduated from library school. Her undergraduate background is in the field of nutrition, and she still enjoys keeping abreast of nutritional issues and controversies in the field.
