Benjamin Rosenblum has more than 10 years of experience in the building and design industries. He is an LEED-accredited professional and has a background in sustainable design and energy efficiency. Rosenblum studied visual arts, political science, and environmental studies at Oberlin College, and received a Master of Architecture from the Yale School of Architecture.  After graduating, he worked as a senior designer at TEN Arquitectos in New York and Mexico City. His work focused on mixed-use, residential, and hospitality projects, including the Hotel Americano on the West Side of Manhattan and 580 Carroll Street in Brooklyn. More recently, he received a Master of Science in Architecture with a concentration in building science and sustainability from UC Berkeley and worked as a research associate in the Building Technology and Urban Systems Department of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. In addition to teaching sustainable design and building technology at New York Tech, Rosenblum teaches interior design at Pratt Institute.
