School of Architecture & Design Lectures & Events
The School of Architecture & Design continues to host lectures & events virtually using Zoom.
2021 Lecture & Events Theme: Correlational Crises
2020 marked a critical year in which environmental, health, economy and societal crisis became correlational, increasing emergent unforeseen global issues which must be addressed with urgency. The Spring 2021 Lectures and Events series at the School of Architecture and Design at the New York Institute of Technology will be an opportunity to discuss how architecture, design and urbanism can disclose implicit parameters and activate structural transformations in our ecological, social, and built environments. From how reality is measured and validated, to automation and computational thinking the series will question what is possible.
