What’s your favorite thing about New York Tech?

The beauty of watching the changes in the season on the New York City campus is picturesque. The scenery makes taking nature walks on campus refreshing and revitalizing.

Why should students choose New York Tech?

New York Tech is a global university; you have the option to study abroad at any of our global locations or to participate in study abroad programs. This is vital to your overall learning experience. No matter which profession you eventually enter, you will be exposed to people from diverse background. The diversity you experience at New York Tech will prepare you to work in a global society. You will be comfortable working and interacting with a variety of individuals of all nationality.

What’s your best advice to students considering New York Tech?

Be sure to study something that you really have a passion for. It may be what you end up doing for your lifelong career.

What’s your favorite vacation destination?

Jamaica, for sure, as it’s always fun to head back home and reconnect with family and friends and enjoy the beach.

What are you doing when you’re not at work?

I enjoy spending quality time with my family! My three children ensure that I stay busy at home!

What’s a surprising thing about you that people wouldn’t guess?

I enjoy all genre of reggae music from dancehall, roots reggae, ska, rock-steady, and more.

Anything else you’d like to add?

It is a pleasure working at and for New York Tech, it is definitely home away from home. My colleagues at our global campuses are some of the nicest people I have ever met, even though I have not met all of them in person. We share family pictures, stories, and create moments together. It is truly a great opportunity to work, grow, and learn professionally at New York Tech.
