About Portals: Admissions Portal vs. my.NYIT Portal

There are two portals you will use as an admitted New York Tech student—the Admissions Portal and the my.NYIT Portal.

You'll use the Admissions Portal from the time you submit your deposit until the first day of class to:

Submit your tuition deposit.
Register for special events.
Find out about placement exams, advising appointments, and your class schedule.
Learn more about your major and potential minors.
View all of your “next steps” as an admitted student.
