ANNOUNCEMENT: Financial Aid Now Available:
On Jan. 1, 2012, the Vocational Independence Program became one of only 10 postsecondary schools in the United States recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a Comprehensive Transition and Postsecondary (CTP) program for students with an intellectual disability, as stipulated in the Higher Education Opportunities Act of 2008. It is the only CTP program in New York state to receive this distinction and one of only two in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region.
