The Office of User Support Services would like to welcome you to our service request Web pages. We are responsible for providing technical support to faculty and staff on campus.
We seek to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate technical support while upholding the computer policies and procedures set forth by New York Institute of Technology. We are a division of the Department of Information Technology and Infrastructure.
