Yun Le currently serves as the general manager for the overall 2010 Shanghai World Expo project, Jinan Hi-tech Industry Park and Wuxi High-tech Industry Park. He is a Professor of Engineering at Tongji University in Shanghai. He is also a chartered architect of the United Kingdom Chartered Institute of Building Division, and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Dr. Yun is Chairman of the KERUI Construction Project Management Company Ltd., Director of the China Architectural Society’s Construction Economics Chapter, and an editorial board member for industry journals including "Construction Economics,""Construction Management" and "Project Management Techniques." He earned his advanced studies at the Technical University of Darmstadt in Germany.

Dr. Yun’s expertise includes master planning and project management for large-scale construction projects. Some of this other completed projects include the Shanghai Stock Exchange Plaza, the Shanghai Subway No. 1 Line, and the Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport.
