Bill Wallace is the founder and president of The Wallace Group, a firm that specializes in helping organizations think about the future. He identifies and analyzes important emerging trends and considers how they could apply to new strategies or create new markets. Bill recently retired from CH2MHILL after 21 years of service. His most recent position was director of New Markets and Technologies.

Wallace has created and championed several highly successful new market initiatives, including hazardous waste management, sustainable development, and homeland security. He continues to serve on a number of boards and professional societies including the American Council of Engineering Companies, the International Federation of Consulting Engineers, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, and Engineers Without Borders.
