User Forms

• The Account Request Form is needed to give new or existing users access to the NYIT domain, e-mail, Web & Image Now etc. This form is also needed for temp employees.
• The Datatel Request Form is needed to provide a new user with access to Datatel or to grant an existing user different privileges .
• The New/Upgrade Computer Request Form is needed to request computers for new users or upgrades to existing users. All forms must be submitted to the Helpdesk.
• The Wi-Fi Guest Account Form is needed to request a temporary Wi-Fi access for visitor Wi-Fi access. The form must be submitted by an employee of NYIT.

CampusVue System Access

• The CampusVue Account Request Form is needed to access the administrative solution for student lifecycle management.

Enterprise Systems & Services

• The Enterprise Systems & Services group manages all administrative systems including but not limited to Datatel Colleague, Oracle e-Business Suite in the institution. We support enhancements, modifications and implementations of system patches and fixes. Please choose the ESS Issue Resolution Form or the Request for ESS Services Form.

Oracle Access

Network Access (VPN)

• The Remote Network Access (VPN) Request Form is needed to gain remote access to Enterprise Applications such as Datatel and Oracle. For more information about this form please call 516.686.1400.

Faculty Compensation Access
