Interior Design
Interior designers create plans that
enhance the function and quality of
public and private interior spaces.
Practitioners combine professional
expertise in art, design and
architecture with knowledge of
safety regulations and building codes to conceptualize designs that improve quality of life, increase productivity and protect the health and safety of all who use the spaces. Interior designers work in tandem with architects, construction managers and engineers on plans for both new and existing spaces.
