If you paid by credit card, a refund will be issued to your credit card account provided that the payment was made within 30 days of the date of the refund issuance. Refunds cannot be given to you in person, even if you paid your bill in cash. Your refund will not be generated automatically. You must fill out a Refund Request Form, even though you may receive a statement indicating that a refund is due. Click here to print out a copy of the form, which you must fill out completely and return by mail, fax or in person to one of the three Office of the Bursar locations.
