  • C.A.R.E.S ( Children Are Riding Everywhere Safely) Program: Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center. West Islip, New York. Grant of $8000 awarded per year by New York State Department of Transportation, for the education of child passenger seat technicians, to conduct community child passenger seat fitting stations and for the purchasing of car seats for the community.
