Responsibilities
New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at NYIT seeks an Occupational Therapist for our Academic Health Care Center. The successful candidate will evaluate patients and establish goals and recommendations; work closely with patients to implement and improve activities of daily living; act as point of contact for referring physicians; complete appropriate documentation; work closely with students and participate in research projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and license to practice occupational therapy in New York State (2+ years related experience) required. Experience working with patients with Parkinson’s disease preferred.
