Responsibilities

The Department of Communication Arts in the College of Arts and Sciences of New York Institute of Technology seeks applicants for a position in the area of communication arts on NYIT’s campus in Nanjing, China for Fall 2008. The NYIT campus affiliated with Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunication (NUPT) offers undergraduate degrees in communication arts, business, and engineering. The teaching assignments of the position include TV production courses, directing, script writing and some communication principle courses.

Qualifications

A MFA in TV production, evidence of excellent teaching skills and scholarly productivity is required. Other duties include academic advisement and curriculum development.
