January 2008 Lunch Specials and Events at NYIT’s de Seversky Center

Old Westbury, N.Y., Dec. 20, 2007: New York Institute of Technology’s (NYIT) de Seversky Center will offer a variety of winter lunch specials and culinary events throughout the month of January. NYIT’s de Seversky Center is a premier conference and dining facility and a popular setting for weddings, business meetings, and other celebratory occasions. Open to the public for lunch Tuesday through Friday and for dinner several nights each month, the center is named for well-known Russian aviator Alexander P. de Seversky, who played a key role in NYIT’s acquisition of the estate in 1972.

An award-winning chef, impeccable service, and an elegant historic setting are just a few reasons that de Seversky has become a favorite North Shore destination. The center is located on NYIT’s Old Westbury, N.Y., campus on Northern Boulevard, just east of Glen Cove Road. For full menu, reservations, or a list of upcoming events, please call 516.686.7675 (Reservations are required for lunches and all events). For more information, visit www.nyit.edu/deseversky.
