Summer Lunch Specials
From June to August, NYIT’s de Seversky Center offers lunch every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. For full menu and reservations, please call 516.686.1249.

Wednesday: $13 per person; tax, service and beverage additional.
Thursday and Friday: $15 per person; tax, service and beverage additional.
Seafood Buffet
Dinner features a variety of hot foods, including baked clams oreganata, mussels, tilapia with lemon and caper sauce, crab cakes, herb-crusted salmon, grouper with plum tomatoes and oregano, sautéed bay scallops with white wine sauce, and balsamic roasted new potatoes. Cold food selections include chilled calamari and crab salads, shrimp, grilled squash with basil oil, smoked salmon and mesclun greens with condiments. Cold food selections include Jersey tomato and fresh mozzarella salad, salad of mesclun greens with condiments, shrimp, new potato salad, carrot salad with balsamic glaze and grilled summer squash with basil oil. NYIT’s de Seversky Center is a premier conference and dining facility in the New York metropolitan area and a setting for weddings, business meetings and other celebratory occasions. Its beautiful mansion is open to the public for lunch Wednesday through Friday and for dinner several nights each month. The center is named for well-known Russian aviator Alexander P. de Seversky, who played a key role in NYIT’s acquisition of the estate in 1972. NYIT’s de Seversky Center is lead by Robert J. Rizzuto, executive chef and general manager, who has more than 20 years of culinary experience, is certified by the American Culinary Federation and along with his staff is an honoree of the James Beard Society.
