In order to request an official NYITCOM transcript, please view instructions from the New York Tech Office of the Registrar.

For all other requests, please email the College of Osteopathic Medicine Registrar at medicineregistrar@nyit.edu.

Performance Evaluation (MSPE)/Dean’s Letter

As it is the policy of the Office of Student Affairs that MSPE’s cannot be mailed or emailed directly to students, nor can students get a copy even after they graduate, the Office of Student Affairs needs to send MSPE’s directly to the hospital or institution where the student is applying for a position.

All MSPE requests, whether it be for onboarding, credentialing or fellowship applications, should be sent to Marie Aldridge at maldridg@nyit.edu  in New York or Candace Evans at cevans08@nyit.edu in Arkansas, and they will provide the student with detailed instructions about having an MSPE sent to a hospital or institution.

Though Transcripts may be ordered online by entering New York Institute of Technology at https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/select, Transcripts for fellowships must be ordered through Marie Aldridge in New York or Candace Evans in Arkansas. 

Replacement Diploma

If you need a replacement diploma, complete a request form. Please mail the completed form and payment to the NYITCOM Registrar’s address listed on the bottom of the form. Questions? Call 516.686.1329.
