First, subscribe to the calendar in your student gmail account.

Step 1: Log into your mymail.nyit.edu email account.

Step 2: Click on the NYIT Apps Calendar box.

Step 3:The Introduction to Osteopathic Medicine Google calendar will be available for viewing.

Step 4: Click on the arrow to the right of the calendar, and then click calendar settings.   Check to be sure your calendar time zone is set to Eastern Time.

Step 5: On the bottom, left side of the screen is a box titled “Other Calendars”.  Click on the link "Add" that appears in the bottom border of that box. This opens a drop-down list.

Step 6: Click on "Add a friend's calendar"

Step 7: Copy the calendar ID below and paste it into the Contact Email box.  When pasted, the first characters should be nyit.edu.

Class of 2015 Combined Calendar ID: nycom2015cal@gmail.com

Class of 2016 Combined Calendar ID: nycom2016cal@gmail.com

If you have an iPhone

Open Safari: Browse to https://www.google.com/calendar/hosted/nyit.edu/iphoneselect

Log in: using your NYIT Username( ex: atghelp@nyit.edu)

Password: your NYIT email password

Under the Shared Calendar Category: Select that calendar that you would like to add

Click on: Save

If you have an Android phone

Add your NYIT Student Gmail to the mail application on your phone.

Settings may vary depending on your phone's model and operating system.
