Residency Training in emergency medicine involves either three or four years of post-graduate training, depending upon the program.
Emergency Medicine Residency Training Programs are approved by the AOA, the ACGME, or both. We are fortunate to have three high quality, approved Emergency Medicine Residency training programs in the NYCOMEC (College of Osteopathic Economic Consortium) family:
- The Good Samaritan Program: directed by David Levy, D.O.
- The Newark Beth Israel Program:directed by Howard Friedland, DO
- The Saint Barnabas Program: directed by Eric Appelbaum, D.O.
