Center for Global Health

The field of international health has evolved significantly over the past 150 years. There is ever increasing interest in solving and preventing the world’s most complex and complicated health problems. To meet this growing interest among our students and faculty, NYIT created the Center for Global Health in 2007 as a collaboration between the College of Osteopathic Medicine and the School of Health Professions.

Through research, outreach opportunities abroad, and the option to earn a Certificate in Global Health, our center creates an opportunity for students and faculty to engage in global health practice, policy, and the development of solutions to the world's vital problems.
