The decision to withdraw from a course should be made only after you consult with your course instructor and faculty advisor and determine how it affects your eligibility for financial aid by reviewing the withdrawal brochure (PDF). To withdraw from a course, the student and the class instructor must complete a withdrawal form and the instructor must submit it to the Office of the Registrar within 48 hours. Students cannot withdraw from classes during final exam periods.The type of withdrawal grade is determined by the date of withdrawal and is assigned as follows below.
