NYIT Global Center for Hospitality Management will host a two day Wedding Planning Certification course offered by The Bridal Society. This course is open to students of any major as well as to experienced hospitality professionals who would like to gain their nationally recognized certification. NYIT Global Center for Hospitality Management will host a two and a half day Food Protection Course provided by the New York City Hospitality Alliance. The Food Protection Course trains those in food protection practices to ensure the safety of the food served in New York City’s food establishments. Attendees of this course will be instructed by the Alliance’s instructor who is highly qualified, respected and knowledgeable in food safety, the health code, the Letter Grade system and the operations of NYC food service establishments.
