Study Abroad

The School of Management encourages all students to consider opportuntiies to expand their studies by considering a study abroad experieince. These experiences immerse students in alternative cultures and prepare students for their engagment into a diverse and globalzied business environment. Students can choose from a variety of opportunties that include:

A Summer Study Abroad Experience, where you can spend four to eight weeks studying at an english-speaking school worldwide. Location and courses are chosen between you and our study abroad team so that they fit into your curriculum map;

A Summer Internship Abroad Experience, where you can spend four to eight weeks working as an intern in a global enterprise pursuing a english-speaking work experieince that fits into and advances your career plan; your location and work experience are chosen by you and our internship abroad team together so that the chosen job aligns perfectly with your ambition;

A Faculty-Led Summer Study Abroad Experieince, where you will travel with a group of NYIT students, together with a School of Management faculty member, to a non-US destination. Reent locations have included Germany and India. Spending two weeks abraod you will attend acaemic seminars, visit businesses and hear from professionals, and enjoy cultural experiences; or

The Annual International Workshop, where you will travel with a group of NYIT students and a School of Management faculty member to a non-US destination and enage into a business simulation with stuetns from approciamtely twelve other colleges located across the globe.
