INTERN ABROAD IN CHINA
On the Intern in China program, you can intern from four to twelve weeks in Shanghai. As an Intern in China participant, you’ll have a flexible start date, comprehensive on-site orientation and support, Mandarin lessons, and a diverse array internship placement opportunities.
While CISabroad works closely with NYIT, you will need to apply and pay all program fees directly to CISabroad. While we can assist in the search for your ideal programs, it is important that you are aware of how the experience will fulfill credits back at NYIT. If you have any questions about this process, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
A few highlights of this program include:
• A custom internship placement – We understand that you aren’t traveling to China to sharpen pencils and learn to brew the perfect cup of tea. Don’t worry: your work in Shanghai will take into account your career goals, interests, and skills.
• Any length of internship – From a month to an entire summer you decide how long you would like to stay.
• Work in a Chinese company or organization – Intern in China places you in some amazing companies and organizations in Shanghai.
• Mandarin lessons – While you do not need to know Chinese to participate in this program, we strongly recommend that you take advantage of the included private Mandarin lessons! What better way to truly immerse yourself the culture and be even more successful in your internship in China?
Internships are customized based on your field of interest and resume. The following are fields in which previous interns have been placed:
• Event Planning
• Public Relations
This is a sample list. Please contact us if you are interested in learning more about other opportunities available through Intern in China.
