The Dean's Student Intern Program offers you the opportunity to earn money while you work on projects that complement your academic and professional goals. Work with the NYIT School of Management Leadership Team as you partner with local businesses, classmates, and community organizations. Compensation will be based on your interview with the dean, academic profile, professional conduct, and leadership potential.

You'll gain essential professional enrichment and experiential learning opportunities, including:

• Network with business executives in the New York City area
• Strengthen your leadership, organizational, and entrepreneurial skills
• Learn more about the career opportunities associated with your chosen major
• Receive one-on-one guidance as you polish your business and management skills
• Learn how to use these learning experiences to enhance your resume

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Dean's Student Intern Program, you must have:

• Minimum of 60 credit hours
• 3.0 GPA or better

Once selected, you must satisfy a residency requirement of 50 hours of guided work experience led by a member of the School of Management Leadership Team.
