New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), a leader in 21st-century global education, offers a elite double degree management program in management in conjunction with Tongji University’s School of Economics and Management (SEM). Upon successful completion of the program, participants earn either a Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) or Master of Science (M.S.) in human resources management and labor relations from NYIT as well as a Master of Enterprise Management from Tongji University.

Program Design

In the first year, the students in the double-degree program will study at NYIT’s Manhattan campus, conveniently located near Columbus Circle— one of the city’s most desirable locations for business, education, and entertainment. It is within walking distance to the Time Warner Center, Central Park, Time Square, and Lincoln Center. In addition to offering classes taught by leaders in their fields, NYIT’s dual-degree program provides students with a variety of business and cultural experiences through out-of-class interactions.

The second year is taught at Tongji University in Shanghai. Established in 1907, it has long held a distinguished reputation as one of China’s most prestigious universities. The Tongji School of Economics and Management (SEM), one of China’s leading business schools, was also among the country’s first to offer a management program, and its international M.B.A. program is ranked No. 2 in the country. Its campuses are located in Shanghai, a former industrial city that has been transformed into a modern center of global business, especially for finance and commerce.
