NYIT awards presidential marks of excellence

This year’s convocation marked the official kickoff to NYIT’s 50th anniversary celebration. In his address to faculty and staff members, President Edward Guiliano praised the foresight of the college’s founding faculty and leaders, who saw the need for an educational institution that combined real-world education with an entrepreneurial spirit. “This time-tested mission still guides NYIT today ... just as its core values of good teaching, good careers and good value sustain NYIT today and into the future.”

In addition, Guiliano recognized the winners of the second annual Presidential Excellence Awards.
