Do you need to renew your library books but can’t make it to the Library this week?  Have you forgotten the titles of the materials you had borrowed?  Are you unsure of what you owe in library fines?  Do you want to change your Library PIN to something you can easily remember?

You can easily handle all of the above by accessing the “My Account” service.

• From the NYIT Library homepage enter BearCat: NYIT Library Catalog
• Select the “My Account” link on the gray menu bar 
• Click on the option you want and type in your User ID barcode (usually the same as your NYIT Student ID number, be sure to include that first zero) and your Library PIN

If you do not know your NYIT Library Pin, please fill out the following short form. Your PIN will be emailed to you. Please allow 24 hours for replies.

The above form must be filled out completely and accurately.  All fields are required.
IMPORTANT: You must already have a library account established in order to apply for a PIN. If you are not sure, please check with the Circulation Dept. of any NYIT Library branch.
