What are we?
NYIT is proud to have more than 1,400 international students from 109 countries. The ISA is a collective group of American and international students who get together to learn about world cultures, have fun, and help international students feel at home.
Who can join us?
Anyone who loves to celebrate diversity.
What do we do?
• We have meetings every week where members participate in club activities, talk about cultures, and share NYIT experiences.
• We hold many activities for international and domestic students, including the cultural festival, our annual international night, and local/regional field trips.
• We assist international students in adapting to student life in the United States.
Students who are interested in joining the ISA in Old Westbury can contact Alvaro Guerrero at aguerr11@nyit.edu. To join the ISA in Manhattan, please contact Christopher Olagunju at colagunj@nyit.edu.
This semester in Manhattan Campus, ISA meetings will be held on every Thursday at 1PM in Room 822.
