Transforming Undergraduate Education Workshop NYIT students are invited to attend an engaging workshop about wireless technology in health care on Friday, April 26, 1-4 p.m. at the NYIT de Seversky Mansion, Old Westbury campus. Lunch will be served. The workshop is part of an interdisciplinary NYIT project funded by the National Science Foundation to stimulate student interest in the STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and math). Car Show Come to NYIT's car show on Saturday, April 27, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. in North Parking Lot, Old Westbury campus. Cost is $10. Money raised will support the Wounded Warrior Project. There will be food, prizes, and an array of vehicles on display, including astronaut Greg Olsen's Tesla car.

Love, Betrayal, and Extraterrestrials Students in acting classes taught by Adam Kraar, adjunct professor of English, will present new work-in-progress theater pieces on Tuesday, April 30, 1 p.m. at 16 W. 61st St., room 822, Manhattan campus. Bully Documentary Screening The NYIT School of Education is sponsoring a free screening of the new documentary, Bully, on Wednesday, May 1, 5 p.m. at the NYIT Auditorium on Broadway, Manhattan campus. The film is directed by Sundance and Emmy award-winning filmmaker, Lee Hirsch. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. A panel discussion will follow the film. R.S.V.P. for the event.
