The Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program is open to undergraduate students who are U.S. citizens and planning to study abroad. It is funded by the International Academic Opportunity Act of 2000 and sponsored by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of State.
