Tuesday, Nov. 5

Event: Bingo Night
Time: 6 p.m.
Location: Bear's Den, NYIT-Old Westbury
There will be free food and prizes.

Event: Diwali Food Tasting
Time: 12:45-2:10 p.m.
Location: Anna Rubin Hall, room 309, NYIT-Old Westbury
Eat delicious food at this event hosted by NYIT's South Asian Student Association.

Thursday, Nov. 7

Event: Free Hugs Day
Time: 12:45-2:10 p.m.
Location: Academic Quad, NYIT-Old Westbury
Bring smiles to fellow students on campus.

Event: Health Fair
Time: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Location: Bear's Den, NYIT-Old Westbury
Join NYIT's American Red Cross Club and Student Nurses Association for a health fair. It will provide information on STIs, contraception, breast/testicular self-exams, and stress management as well as hypertension screenings. There will be a guest speaker from the U.S. Department of Health at 1 p.m.

Monday, Nov. 11

Event: Veteran's Day Tea and Dessert
Time: 3-5 p.m.
Location: Bear's Den, NYIT-Old Westbury
You're invited to salute veterans at this event. If you're a veteran, please R.S.V.P. to Mehtap Donuk at mdonuk@nyit.edu, so we can acknowledge all you've done for our country at the reception.

Event: Anti-Bullying Presentation
Time: 12:45-2:10 p.m.
Location: Bear's Den, NYIT-Old Westbury
This event's guest speaker is David Otunga, Harvard Law School graduate and professional WWE Wrestler. Refreshments will be served.
