The opening reception for the benefit, which will raise funds for medical equipment/supplies for the Hawa Memorial Savious Hospital in Osiem, Ghana, is Tuesday, Dec. 11, 5-7 p.m. at NYIT Gallery 61, 16 W. 61st St., 11th floor, Manhattan campus. The framed and signed images of Africa are priced at $50 for an 8x10-inch size, $150 for an 11x14-inch size, and $300 for a 20x30-inch size.

The exhibit also features images from Costa Rica (School of Architecture and Design's design of a recycling and education center) and Peru (Office of Career Services' community outreach during Alternative Spring Break).
