Do You OneCard?

Use your student ID as the one card for on-campus purchases such as food and copy services. You have until Friday, Sept. 20 to add dining dollars to your ID for the fall 2013 semester (or wait until January 2014). For every $200 deposit of dining dollars, you'll receive a $30 bonus, and there's no tax for purchases made with the card!

Interested in Online Gaming? New Course in Game Development & Digital Story Telling

The English Department has added a new writing course to the FA 2013 schedule. It is being run under the course number WRIT 360-M01, Seminar in Professional Writing. The course will introduce interdisciplinary writing, producing, and developing games for the digital environment: thus the subtitle for the course is “Game Development & Digital Storytelling.” The pre-requisite is Writing 1 (FCWR 101/111), although Writing 2 (FCWR 151/161) credit is preferred. Please note: this course is NOT a substitute for any FCWR 3xx professional writing course. It will satisfy a general elective or an “English elective,” but not a liberal arts elective. All majors welcome.
