I speak several languages.
I was presented with an amazing financial aid opportunity. Studying in New York City has always been my dream.
Location. Location. Location. When I came to NYIT, I was looking forward to the chance to explore the city. NYIT's location is in such an exciting part of the city, offering a mixture of art and the excitement of tourist areas. This makes for such an exciting atmosphere. I love being near Central Park!
Favorite NYIT Experience
Moving into the residence halls during freshman year was a great experience because there were a lot of events that helped the students get to know each other. I’ve met some amazing people because of this.
Original! The experience here is different from a large college experience. I feel a close connection to professors and my peers.
Student Ambassador, National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) Member, and Former Student Aid at NYIT’s Manhattan Library
Going to medical school has always been my goal. I joined the American Medical Student Association (AMSA), and am surrounded by students with similar aspirations in my classes. This is very encouraging. I don’t feel intimidated or doubtful about my goal, and I have gained a lot of confidence through the help and encouragement I have gotten at NYIT.
In My Free Time...
I watch new movies and play volleyball. I love to walk around and explore sections of the city that I have never seen.
