Satisfaction Guaranteed In addition to providing clients energy savings that range from 20 to 50 percent year over year, Mary cites customer satisfaction as a guiding principle throughout her career, which also includes serving as CEO of GlobeCast America, president of New Media Technology, president and CEO of ChoiceSeat, and the first female Disney/ABC vice president of operations and engineering. Her other accomplishments include the 2009 Society of Satellite Professionals Hall of Fame Award, the Lifetime Achievement Award from the North American Broadcasters Association, and chair of the Inter-Union Satellite Operations Group of the World Broadcasting Association. Despite all of her success, Mary says her greatest pleasure is watching individuals move beyond what they thought they were capable of achieving.
