AS A FRESHMAN IN 2008: Saw action in 16 games, making seven starts in goal ... recorded 29 saves with a 1.01 goals average against ... made a season-high four saves against Molloy College (Oct. 22) ... named to the ECC All-Academic Honor Roll and the NYIT Athletics Director Honor Roll.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Francis and Helen ... majoring in NYCOM's doctorate of physical therapy program. What is your ultimate career goal?
My career goal is to eventually own my own physical therapy practice, which will specialize in sports medicine.
What is your favorite thing about NYIT?
The close-knit relationships that I have been able to form.
Why did you choose NYIT?
I was eligible for the six-year physical therapy program. In addition, NYIT gave me the opportunity to compete on the women's soccer team. I also enjoy the Old Westbury campus and the surrounding area.
What has been the best part about your NYIT education?
The great deal of knowledge that I have acquired from the professors here at NYIT. They incorporate personal experiences they have encountered in their careers to help students understand the material."
