I'm a proud New Yorker, which means I hate ALL sports franchise teams in the state of Massachusetts.
Favorite NYIT Experience
Anytime I'm at the Admissions Office. Other than that, specifically, it would be the 2010 Commencement Ceremony. I drove a golf kart while transporting family members and friends. Enough said.
Why I Chose NYIT
When I think of NYIT, I think of its convenience. I chose NYIT because I was offered an academic scholarship, along with other forms of financial aid. But personally, I chose NYIT because it's close to home and gives me the option of getting a great education while still being with my family and friends here on Long Island. So far, my decision to come to NYIT is one that I haven't regretted and one that I would make again if given the chance.
I am currently enrolled in the five-year B.S./M.B.A. program for public accounting and plan to take the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination. My goal is to obtain a position in one of the big four accounting firms in New York City.
